“I have never felt 100% secure with staff from other companies caring for the complex needs of my little boy. Now, I can have a sleep in after being awake all night caring for him and know that the staff from AIC will come in, change him, feed him, and get him ready for school and treat him with care and dignity. I watch them on shift as they giggle with him and do everything they can to make sure he is happy and cared for. before AIC I was beyond exhausted, now I am confident enough to allow myself time to recharge and be best mum I can be.”

“Before I was with All Inclusive Care Services I was not eating properly, not going anywhere. I was isolated and slowly withdrawing into myself. I couldn’t see anyway out. I hate to think of where I would be now if it was not for the help of AICS.
All of my needs are being met far and beyond what I
thought was possible.”

“It has been an absolute pleasure to have Mollie in my home today and I can’t thank All Inclusive Care enough for giving my family such a competent, dedicated and experienced Support Worker. From the moment she introduced herself to the moment she finished her shift, she has been engaged, eager to learn my daughters care needs and completely focused on my child. Her experience made training so much easier as she is competent across all facets of caring including manual handling and hoisting. My husband and I are so very grateful to have Mollie as part of our team moving forward.”

Good Carers Are Hard To Find (And We Have Limited Spaces)
Here’s what you already know: finding quality NDIS support is like striking gold. Most providers are either fully booked or they’re available because families keep leaving.
We’re currently supporting 60+ families across Newcastle, Maitland, and Central Coast with a team of 42 staff. We have capacity, but we’re selective about who we employ because we need to maintain the standard of care that built our reputation.

Straight Answers About NDIS In-Home Care
Yes. If you have an NDIS plan, in-home care and support is typically covered under Core Supports or Capacity Building. The funding depends on your individual plan and what’s been approved for your situation. We’ll help you work out what’s covered in your plan and how to access it without the runaround.
NDIS funding can cover personal care assistance, household task support, transport to appointments and activities, community access support, and life skills development. It depends on what’s in your approved plan. Some plans cover more, some less. We’ll have a conversation about your specific plan and what we can help with under your funding.
Because your loved one deserves to live in their own space with dignity and independence. In-home care means familiar surroundings, consistent routines, and support that fits around their life instead of forcing them to fit around an institution’s schedule. It’s the difference between living and just existing.
