Who Actually Care

Live Your Best Life!

Dear [Newcastle/Maitland/Central Coast] Family,

I need to tell you something most NDIS providers won't: they got into this because they spotted a business opportunity. We got into it because  we have Lived experience of chronic, life changing health conditions and disability across my immediate and extended family mean that we know the importance of engaged, dedicated care.  When I looked around at the providers in the market it was hard to find people who would provide the quality care that was good enough for my family; so I started my own.

My career in the disability sector started in 1993. Not 2021 when we opened All Inclusive Care. Not when NDIS became something everyone wanted a piece of. Thirty years ago, when this became a calling, not a career.

Before we opened our doors, I spent 15 years at a special school for troubled youth. Kids with poor mental health. A quarter of them on the autism spectrum. I worked with homeless youth who'd been failed by every system meant to help them. I counselled families at the Salvos, specialising in anger management and complex behavioural problems.

The kind of experience you can't fake. The kind you can't learn in a weekend course.

We opened in 2021, right as COVID hit. We built this to a substantial company servicing client across all age ranges, all abilities and suppprt needs across three regions.

What does that mean for your family? You get someone who's seen it all, not someone learning on your loved one. You get a team trained by someone who knows what actually works, not what sounds good in a manual. You get carers who know they're being watched by family.  Our extended family have the same passion for supporting people to live with dignity and joy so, our kids, our nieces and nephews work here and they wont settle for substandard care.

You get the same standard of care we'd demand for our own family members.

Because at the end of the day, if it's not good enough for ours, it's not going to be good enough for yours.

Let’s Have A Conversation
About Your Family

Good Carers Are Hard To Find (And We Have Limited Spaces)

Here’s what you already know: finding quality NDIS support is like striking gold. Most providers are either fully booked or they’re available because families keep leaving.

We’re currently supporting 60+ families across Newcastle, Maitland, and Central Coast with a team of 42 staff. We have capacity, but we’re selective about who we employ because we need to maintain the standard of care that built our reputation.

Straight Answers About NDIS In-Home Care

Is In-home Care Covered by the NDIS?

Yes. If you have an NDIS plan, in-home care and support is typically covered under Core Supports or Capacity Building. The funding depends on your individual plan and what’s been approved for your situation. We’ll help you work out what’s covered in your plan and how to access it without the runaround.

NDIS funding can cover personal care assistance, household task support, transport to appointments and activities, community access support, and life skills development. It depends on what’s in your approved plan. Some plans cover more, some less. We’ll have a conversation about your specific plan and what we can help with under your funding.

Because your loved one deserves to live in their own space with dignity and independence. In-home care means familiar surroundings, consistent routines, and support that fits around their life instead of forcing them to fit around an institution’s schedule. It’s the difference between living and just existing.
