Who Actually Care

Live Your Best Life

Dear [Newcastle/Maitland/Central Coast] Family,

Most NDIS providers won’t tell you this: many entered this space because they saw a business opportunity. I didn’t.

Disability care is personal for me. Chronic, life-changing conditions across my own family showed me what good care should look like — and how hard it is to find. When I couldn’t find support good enough for my loved ones, I built it myself.

My career in disability started in 1993. Thirty years ago — when this became a calling, not a career.

I’ve worked with troubled youth, children on the autism spectrum, homeless young people, and families navigating complex behaviours. The kind of experience you can’t fake.

We opened in 2021 and built a trusted team across three regions, supporting people of all ages and abilities. What does that mean for your family?

You get experienced leadership. A team trained in what actually works. Carers held to the same standard we expect for our own family.

You get the same standard of care we’d demand for our own loved ones.

Because if it’s not good enough for ours, it’s not going to be good enough for yours.

We Handle The Daily Stuff So Your Loved One
Can Actually Live

Personal Care

Morning routines. Showering and dressing. Getting to appointments. The basics that stop being basic when someone needs help. We show up, help with what’s required, and treat your loved one with dignity.

Household Tasks

Cleaning, cooking, shopping, banking. All the tasks that pile up when life gets hard. We help with what your loved one can’t manage so they keep their independence without living in chaos.

Transport and Travel

Medical appointments. Social outings. Religious services. School runs. We’ll make sure your loved one gets where they need to go safely. No stress about parking or accessibility.

Community Participation

We’ll guide and support your loved one to access activities, social groups, and recreation so they feel connected to their community. Not stuck at home. Not isolated.

Life Skills Development

Personal hygiene, keeping a clean home, organisation, social skills. We work with your loved one on whatever helps them reach their goals and build confidence. Short-term training. Long-term independence.

About Your Family

Good Carers Are Hard To Find (And We Have Limited Spaces)

Here’s what you already know: finding quality NDIS support is like striking gold. Most providers are either fully booked or they’re available because families keep leaving.

We’re currently supporting 60+ families across Newcastle, Maitland, and Central Coast with a team of 42 staff. We have capacity, but we’re selective about who we employ because we need to maintain the standard of care that built our reputation.

Straight Answers About NDIS In-Home Care

Is In-home Care Covered by the NDIS?

Yes. If you have an NDIS plan, in-home care and support is typically covered under Core Supports or Capacity Building. The funding depends on your individual plan and what’s been approved for your situation. We’ll help you work out what’s covered in your plan and how to access it without the runaround.

NDIS funding can cover personal care assistance, household task support, transport to appointments and activities, community access support, and life skills development. It depends on what’s in your approved plan. Some plans cover more, some less. We’ll have a conversation about your specific plan and what we can help with under your funding.

Because your loved one deserves to live in their own space with dignity and independence. In-home care means familiar surroundings, consistent routines, and support that fits around their life instead of forcing them to fit around an institution’s schedule. It’s the difference between living and just existing.
